Our Spanish teachers are located in various countries in Latin America. Each teacher is available on a regular weekly schedule, so you can book the same tutor on a regular basis if you prefer. Our booking system displays the availability of each tutor and you are free to change tutor whenever you wish. The bookings are automatically calculated to the time zone so you view all times in your local time. You can book your lessons using our appointments calendar.
We offer a 30-minute free trial lesson without any obligation so that you can decide if our classes are suitable for you. After your free trial, you can purchase and then book either a 30 or 55 minute lesson at your leisure. The lesson cost depends on how many classes you buy - see prices & discounts for details.
Your tutor will send the curriculum online before each lesson and also give you homework if requested.
If you don't already have Skype, you will need set up an account(free of charge).
How to start your online Spanish lessons
First, you need to sign up30-minute free trial lesson You will then be directed to a calendar where you can schedule your lesson. (Please include all contact info when you register, so we can contact you at the lesson time).
You will be emailed a confirmation of this appointment and a reminder 24 hours before the lesson. At the arranged time be on Skype for the instructor to add you to their contacts
Shortly before the class starts our teachers will email you the Spanish lesson plan or may send a link via Skype
We have a huge online curriculum with five different levels and we will send you material for that class. For your first lesson we ascertain your proficiency level and assign you to the corresponding Spanish curriculum.
It is a personal Spanish class but with a larger distance between you and the teacher.
During the lesson, pages of our curriculum are interactive, so both you and your tutor can see and make changes to the Spanish instantly.

Rules and guidelines for students
If a lesson is interrupted for more than 10 minutes due to the fault of 121Spanish or its employees, the student will be credited with an additional free lesson.
If a student fails to be available online for a class, the teacher will wait for 20 minutes after the set time before disconnecting. The student will be charged as normal for a class while the teacher will make every attempt to contact the student. (We still have to pay our teachers, when you don't show online and wait for you.)
18 hours notice is required for canceling a scheduled class. Contact admin directly and we can usually avoid charging you for a class if possible.
Students may be asked to transfer to another teacher if for some reason their regular teacher is unavailable for lessons.
Curriculum materials provided to the students shall remain the property of 121Spanish and shall not be copied for use other than with 121Spanish faculty.
