No. You can just open one account either in your name or one of the children's names. Then if they are taking classes separately you can just put a note in the lesson notes to let the teacher know who is taking the class.

Yes. We have an extensive library of multi-media and other materials to use for the classes, but if you prefer to work with a specific text then we can figure out how to share this with your teacher.
No, the teacher will receive a notification after you book a class and she/he will call you at the exact time of the class using our professional learning platform - Zoom. We can also use Skype as a backup.
Our professional learning platform is Zoom. The teacher will send an email to you as a student with a link to log in to the class. For the first time you will download and install the app (which only takes a minute or two) and then you will be able to connect easily with the tutor.
No, you can take classes with all the teachers at the same time. In order to make it more productive and progressive, each teacher keeps a record of your progress and a description of each class in order for the next teacher to know what the previous class has been about and avoid repetition. So it is up to you to decide whether to stick with the same teacher or to change at any time.

Yes, after the class the teacher will send you homework to complete before the next class if you request. Also, you can visit our website where we have plenty of grammar tips, exercises, videos and vocabulary lists to work with.
Yes, we can provide certificates based on what you have learned and the number of hours that you have studied.
Our classes are one-to-one but you can always take the class with a friend. Many children take lessons with their siblings, or some couples also learn together. At no extra cost.
If you forget about the class the teacher will call to your contact phone number to see why you are not online. If you are free at that time, you can take the lesson. If you aren't, you will lose that credit as the teacher is paid for that class.
You can cancel your classes 24 hours in advance. After that time, you will be charged for the class. To cancel a lesson, go to TimelyBooking > View Bookings and click on the red letters "Cancel booking". After doing that you will be given your credit back automatically.
All our teachers speak English up to an intermediate/advanced level. They will guide you through the process at the beginning using English as a bridge. We recommend using English as little as possible in the classroom to learn Spanish faster.

Teachers always notify us if they need to cancel a class due to some last minute problem or if they are sick, so we can inform our students and find a substitute teacher. However, it could happen that for some unknown reason such as a power cut or internet outage the teacher does not attend the class. If that happens, contact us immediately. You will be given your credit back and the teacher will reschedule the class immediately. We can even reschedule it at the moment of the no-show if we have a tutor available at that time.
